Q. How do I keep my version up to date?
A. If you originally downloaded the program from the website, you will be notified (by email) that a new version is available. If you received a C.D. version, you may like to visit www.agrigater.com.au, at least every 6 months to check for updates and information.
Q. How do I find out what version I have got?
A. On the "home" screen you will notice a box on the bottom left hand side, it contains all the information you need. Such as the Program and Build. Refer to "how do I keep my version up to date?" for more important information.
Q. Are there any help manuals available?
A. Most of the help is here, on the GUIDES page, or by sending an email to support.agrigater@dpi.vic.gov.au.
Q. Will there be any training avaialable?
A. AgriGater is only a small part of a much larger DPI project called "Making Decisions that Matter" (MDtM). In time, the MDtM project will deliver group training sessions to financial service providers and others that work directly with end users of the program.
