Q. How do I edit the data for a current input or operation?
A. To edit the information about a current input or operation, double click in the space that you are working. A screen will appear from which alterations can be made or click on the "Edit Lists" button located on the home page and then make the alterations.
Q. I have edited the prices of an input; why isn't the new price reflected throughout the business?
A. Changes made to an operation or input only alter the current entry and future entries (not past entries). Past entries can be updated by going back and re-entering the information.
Q. I don't know how many mm/hr my irrigation system applies, how do I work it out?
A. If you know how much water has been used, the time it took and what area it has gone on, you can work out mm/hr. These are all good things to know when water budgeting. You can then use that to estimate how much water you have applied depending on your run times. Also, the person that installed your irrigation system would have worked this out when considering how area you can irrigate with your capacity share. Finally, (especially for vegetable crops) another trick is to look markings on your drip line to see if it tells you how many litres per 100 metres of tape it can theoretically supply.
Q. Cannot enter or delete entry in the comments section on front page

Q.If you make a mistake when entering values in the machinery section, do you have to start over?

Q. The program will not recognise a decimal point unless it is preceded by a number - why?
A. That has carried over from our science background where it is accepted practice to precede less than a whole number with a zero.
